Raindrop is proud to be included in The Hackett Group’s Spring 2026 SolutionMap - we’re happy to say, our strongest customer recognition yet. Raindrop received the Customer Value for every suite and module we have.

This year, Raindrop was named a Customer Value winner in every suite and every module in which we participated.

Yup – every single one.

That’s a big deal to us, not because we love badges (though, let’s be honest, a good badge always looks good splashed on your home page)  but because this recognition is grounded in something much more meaningful: customer feedback.

The SolutionMap evaluation looks across both provider capability and customer experience, reviewing functional depth, platform strength, integration, interoperability, user experience, supplier experience, and the quality and effectiveness of advanced technologies like AI. But customer input is also central to the process, with validated users providing feedback on delivery against expectations, strengths, collaboration, problem-solving, NPS, improvement areas, and overall value.

In other words, this is not just about what a platform says it can do. It is also about whether customers believe it actually delivers.

And that is the part we care about most.

For Raindrop, this recognition reinforces what we hear every day from Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Business Teams: organizations are ready for something better than fragmented systems, clunky workflows, and “modernization” projects that somehow still feel very 2009.

They want Procurement technology that is easier to use, faster to adopt, smarter by design, and built around how work actually gets done. They want a platform that brings source-to-pay together without forcing teams to stitch their processes across a dozen disconnected tools with a pretty intake layer on top.

That’s what we’re building at Raindrop.
