Contract review doesn’t have to mean switching between tools.
With the Raindrop Word Add-In, Legal, Procurement, and business teams can use Rain, Raindrop’s AI agent, to analyze contracts, flag risk, and suggest language replacements without ever leaving Microsoft Word.
Install the add-in from the Microsoft Add-In Marketplace, run risk analysis, and respond to flagged issues using AI-suggested replacements, approved clause library language, or your own redline text. When complete, the contract stays connected to the full CLM process in Raindrop.

Use Rain to analyze contracts, suggest replacements, and keep contract review streamlined in a single place, it’s easier now with the MS Word Add-In.
When you want to use Rain, Raindrop’s AI agent, to help review contract risk or support redlining, you can do that directly from Microsoft Word using the Raindrop Word Add-In.
The first time you use it, simply open the contract in Word, search for Raindrop in the Microsoft Add-In Marketplace, and install the add-in so Raindrop can work with the document.
Once installed, Rain can run risk analysis directly on the contract.
When Rain flags an issue, you can review the concern and decide how to respond. You can replace the language with an AI-suggested replacement, select approved language from the clause library, or add your own replacement text as needed.
That means legal, procurement, and business teams can keep working in Word while still using Raindrop’s intelligence, workflows, and contract standards.
And when I go back into the contract in Raindrop, I can continue reviewing the document, track updates, and keep the contract connected to the full CLM process.
